Shloka 62
हे अर्जुन! शरीररूप यन्त्रमें आरूढ हुए सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंको अन्तर्यामी परमेश्वर अपनी मायासे उनके कर्मोंके अनुसार भ्रमण कराता हुआ सब प्राणियोंके हृदयमें स्थित हैः ।। सम्बन्ध-- यहाँ यह प्रश्न उठता है कि कर्मबन्धनसे छूटकर परम शान्तिलाभ करनेके लिये मनुष्यको क्या करना चाहिये; इसपर भगवान् कहते हैं-- तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत । तत्प्रसादात् परां शान्तिं स्थान प्राप्स्पसि शाश्वतम्
īśvaraḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ hṛddeśe 'rjuna tiṣṭhati | bhrāmayan sarvabhūtāni yantrārūḍhāni māyayā ||
(tatra praśnaḥ—karmabandhanāt vimucya parāṁ śāntiṁ prāptuṁ kiṁ kartavyam? ity asmin viṣaye bhagavān āha—)
tam eva śaraṇaṁ gaccha sarvabhāvena bhārata | tatprasādāt parāṁ śāntiṁ sthānaṁ prāpsyasi śāśvatam ||
Ó Arjuna, o Senhor—o Morador interior—habita na região do coração de todos os seres. Pela Sua māyā, Ele faz com que todas as criaturas—montadas no mecanismo do corpo—se movam, cada uma segundo os seus atos. Neste contexto, o ensinamento responde à questão premente: que deve fazer o homem para libertar-se do vínculo da ação e alcançar a paz suprema? A resposta é: refugia-te n’Ele somente com todo o teu ser, ó descendente de Bharata; pela Sua graça alcançarás a paz mais alta e a morada eterna.
