न त्वया सदृश: वश्ित् पुरुषेष्वमरोपम । कुलभेदभयाच्चाहं सदा परुषमुक्तवान्,“देवोपम वीर! मनुष्योंमें तुम्हारे समान कोई नहीं है। मैं सदा अपने कुलमें फूट पड़नेके डरसे तुम्हें कटुवचन सुनाता रहा
na tvayā sadṛśaḥ kaścid puruṣeṣv amaropama | kulabhedabhayāc cāhaṃ sadā paruṣam uktavān ||
Sañjaya disse: “Ó ser divino, entre os homens não há ninguém igual a ti. Contudo, temendo uma ruptura em meu próprio clã, sempre te falei com aspereza.”
