इत्यासीत् तुमुल: शब्द: फाल्गुनस्य रथं प्रति । अर्जुनके रथके समीप “मार डालो, ले आओ, पकड़ लो, बींध डालो, टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर दो” इस प्रकार भयंकर शब्द गूँजने लगा
ityāsīt tumulaḥ śabdaḥ phālgunasya rathaṃ prati |
Disse Sañjaya: “Assim se ergueu um bramido tumultuoso dirigido ao carro de Phālguna.” Perto do carro de Arjuna, os brados dos guerreiros troaram: “Matem-no! Tragam-no aqui! Agarrem-no! Trespassai-o!
