विराटस्तु ततः पश्चात् स्वेन सैन्येन संवृतः । द्रुपदश्च महाबाहो ततः पश्चादुपाद्रवत्,उनके पीछे अपनी सेनाके साथ राजा विराट चलने लगे। महाबाहो! विराटके पीछे द्रपदने धावा किया
virāṭas tu tataḥ paścāt svena sainyena saṃvṛtaḥ | drupadaś ca mahābāho tataḥ paścād upādravat ||
Disse Sañjaya: Depois avançou o rei Virāṭa, cercado por suas próprias tropas. E atrás de Virāṭa, ó de braços poderosos, o rei Drupada investiu para a frente.
