सुभद्रां च यथान्यायं याशभ्चान्या: कुरुयोषित: । ददौ कुन्ती ततस्ताभ्यां रत्नानि विविधानि च,फिर सुभद्रा तथा कुरूकुलकी अन्य स्त्रियोंसे भी वे यथायोग्य मिलीं। उस समय कुन्तीने उन दोनोंको नाना प्रकारके रत्न भेंटमें दिये
subhadrāṃ ca yathānyāyaṃ yāś ca anyāḥ kuruyoṣitaḥ | dadau kuntī tatas tābhyāṃ ratnāni vividhāni ca ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Subhadrā, e do mesmo modo as outras mulheres da casa dos Kurus, foram recebidas e saudadas como era devido. Então Kuntī presenteou-as com diversas joias—um gesto de hospitalidade apropriada e de decoro familiar.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights yathānyāya—acting in accordance with propriety and dharma—through respectful reception of family members and the ethical practice of gift-giving as a sign of honor, affection, and social responsibility.
Subhadrā and the other Kuru women are formally greeted as is proper; afterward Kuntī presents them (notably two principal ladies) with assorted jewels, marking a courteous and dharmic exchange within the royal household.
