पृच्छेत् त्वां यदि केनाहं तवाख्यात इति सम ह । ब्रूयास्त्वं नारदेनेति संवर्त कथितोडसि मे,यदि तुमसे पूछें कि किसने तुम्हें मेरा पता बताया है तो कह देना--'संवर्तजी! नारदजीने मुझे आपका पता बताया है”
pṛcchet tvāṃ yadi kenāhaṃ tavākhyāta iti saṃmataḥ | brūyās tvaṃ nāradeneti saṃvarta kathito 'si me ||
Nārada disse: “Se alguém te perguntar: ‘Por quem fui informado a teu respeito?’, então responde: ‘Por Nārada.’ Assim, ó Saṃvarta, foste-me indicado como aquele a quem se deve recorrer.”
