अहानि त्रिंशदव्यग्र: पठच चान्यानि भारत । क्रोधामर्षाभिसंतप्तस्तदा ब्राह्णसत्तम:
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
ahāni triṃśad avyagraḥ khanat cānyāni bhārata |
krodhāmarṣābhisaṃtaptaḥ tadā brāhmaṇasattamaḥ ||
Disse Vaiśaṃpāyana: Ó Bhārata, o mais eminente dos brāhmaṇas, então abrasado pela ira e ferido no orgulho, permaneceu sem se distrair e continuou a cavar por trinta dias e mais.
