उत्तडुक उवाच
Sincere remembrance of the divine (smaraṇa) is presented as an ethical and spiritual means of receiving timely aid for a legitimate need; the Lord assures availability through mindful recollection.
After revealing a radiant, powerful form, the Lord withdraws that splendor, instructs the sage Uttanka to remember him whenever he needs water, and then leaves for Dvārakā.
