Adhyātma-Upadeśa
यथाध्वानमपाथेय: प्रपन्नो मनुज: क्वचित् । क्लेशेन याति महता विनश्येदन्तरापि च
yathādhvānam apātheyaḥ prapanno manuṣaḥ kvacit | kleśena yāti mahatā vinaśyed antarāpi ca ||
Vāyu disse: “Assim como o homem que parte numa viagem sem provisões para o caminho só prossegue com grande penúria — e pode até perecer no meio —, do mesmo modo quem empreende o curso da vida sem os recursos interiores necessários (reta conduta, autocontenção e preparo) fica exposto ao sofrimento e à ruína.”
