Adhyāya 42 — Mahābhūta–Indriya–Adhyātma-Vyavasthā

Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties

अध्यात्मं मन इत्याहु: पञ्चभूतात्मचारकम्‌

adhyātmaṁ mana ity āhuḥ pañcabhūtātmacārakam

Vāyu-deva disse: “Declaram que o adhyātma, o domínio espiritual interior, é a mente—que se move e opera através do ser encarnado, constituído pelos cinco grandes elementos.”
