परिचर्यानुशुश्रूषा सेवा तृष्णा व्यपाश्रय: । व्यूह़ो नयः प्रमादश्न॒ परिवाद: परिग्रह:

Transliteration

paricaryānuśuśrūṣā sevā tṛṣṇā vyapāśrayaḥ | vyūho nayaḥ pramādaś ca parivādaḥ parigrahaḥ ||

Translation

Vāyu disse: “A assistência e a escuta obediente; o serviço; a sede do desejo; a dependência de outros; o arranjo estratégico; a conveniência política; a negligência; a calúnia; e a cobiça de acumular—essas são as tendências que prendem a pessoa e a afastam da firmeza no dharma.”
