Transliteration

brahmovāca | rajo’ham vaḥ pravakṣyāmi yāthātathyena sattamāḥ | nibodhata mahābhāgā guṇavṛttaṃ ca rājasam ||

Translation

Brahmā disse: “Ó melhores entre os sábios virtuosos, explicarei agora a vocês, de acordo com a realidade, a natureza de rajas e as qualidades que dela surgem. Ouçam atentamente, ó grandemente afortunados, a conduta e o funcionamento próprios da disposição rājasa.”
