The Allegory of the Inner Forest of Knowledge

प्रज्ञावृक्षं मोक्षफलं शान्तिच्छायासमन्वितम्‌ । ज्ञानाश्रयं तृप्तितोयमन्तःक्षेत्रज्रभास्करम्‌

Transliteration

prajñāvṛkṣaṃ mokṣaphalaṃ śānticchāyāsamanvitam | jñānāśrayaṃ tṛptitoyam antaḥkṣetrajña-bhāskaram ||

Translation

Disse o brāhmaṇa: “Há um bosque interior maravilhoso: sua árvore é a sabedoria, seu fruto é a libertação, e sobre ele se estende a fresca sombra da paz. O conhecimento é seu refúgio, o contentamento é sua água, e dentro dele brilha o sol do Conhecedor do Campo (o Si mesmo), iluminando tudo por dentro.”
