Abhaya-Itihāsa: Karma, Indriyas, and the Non-sensory Brahman
Brāhmaṇī–Brāhmaṇa Saṃvāda
tata eva pravartante tadeva praviśanti ca |
Vāyu-deva disse: Dele somente elas surgem e entram em atividade, e nele somente tornam a entrar.
All vital forces and life-functions originate from a single supreme ground (tad) and finally return to it. The verse emphasizes unity behind the many operations of life, encouraging detachment and insight into the source that sustains all activity.
Vāyu-deva is explaining the nature of the vital airs: they emerge from an ultimate principle, function within embodied life, and then dissolve back into that same principle. This instruction frames physiology as a spiritual teaching about origin, dependence, and dissolution.
