वयमास्म यथा सम्यग् भवतो विदितं तथा । “नरेश्वर! आपके पुत्रने कभी थोड़ा-सा भी अन्याय हमलोगोंके साथ नहीं किया। हमलोग उन राजा दुर्योधनपर भी पिताके समान विश्वास करते थे और उनके राज्यमें बड़े सुखसे जीवन व्यतीत करते थे। यह बात आपको भी विदित ही है"
vayamāsma yathā samyag bhavato viditaṃ tathā |
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Como bem sabes, ó senhor dos homens, teu filho jamais cometeu contra nós sequer a menor injustiça. Confiávamos no rei Duryodhana como se confia num pai, e vivíamos em seu reino com grande conforto e contentamento. Isto também já te é conhecido.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
