धृतराष्ट्रदर्शनाय पाण्डवानां प्रयाणम् | The Pāṇḍavas Prepare to Visit Dhṛtarāṣṭra
इत्युक्त्वान्तहिंतो विप्रस्ततो5हं विस्मिताभवम् | न च सर्वास्ववस्थासु स्मृतिर्मे विप्रणश्यति,यों कहकर वे ब्रह्मर्षि अन्तर्धान हो गये। उस समय मैं वहाँ आश्चर्यसे चकित हो गयी। किसी भी अवस्थामें उनकी बात मुझे भूलती नहीं थी
ity uktvāntarhito vipras tato 'haṁ vismitābhavam | na ca sarvāsv avasthāsu smṛtir me vipraṇaśyati ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Tendo assim falado, o brahmarṣi desapareceu da vista. Naquele momento, fiquei tomada de assombro. E, em qualquer condição em que eu esteja, a lembrança de suas palavras não se apaga de mim.”
