नक्षत्रेषु श्राद्धफलविधानम् (Śrāddha Outcomes According to Nakṣatras)

लेभिरे परम हर्ष मेनिरे चासुरं हतम्‌ । ततो देवा: प्रियाण्यस्य सर्व एव समाहरन्‌

bhīṣma uvāca | lebhire parama-harṣaṁ menire cāsuraṁ hatam | tato devāḥ priyāṇy asya sarva eva samāharan |

Bhishma disse: Eles alcançaram a alegria suprema e se convenceram de que o asura seria abatido. Então todos os deuses se reuniram, ajuntaram e lhe trouxeram oferendas estimadas, coisas que lhe seriam caras. (No contexto, os videntes louvam o menino e os Gandharvas cantam sua fama; ao verem sua forma radiante e extraordinária, os deuses tomam isso como um presságio auspicioso de que o fim de Tārakāsura é agora certo.)
