द्रहोन्न मनसा वापि गोषु नित्यं सुखप्रद: । अर्चयेत सदा चैव नमस्कारैश्व पूजयेत्
drohaṁ na manasā vāpi goṣu nityaṁ sukhapradaḥ | arcayet sadā caiva namaskāraiś ca pūjayet ||
Vyāsa disse: “Nunca se deve nutrir malícia contra as vacas, nem mesmo na mente. Deve-se agir continuamente pelo bem-estar e conforto delas, honrá-las como convém e perseverar em venerá-las por meio de saudações reverentes e atos de culto.”
