Gopradāna–Bhūmidāna Guidelines and Recipient Eligibility
भगवांश्षापि सम्प्रीतो वल्निर्भवति नित्यश: । नतं त्यजन्ति पशव: संग्रामे च जयत्यपि
bhagavānś cāpi samprīto vahnir bhavati nityaśaḥ | na taṃ tyajanti paśavaḥ saṅgrāme ca jayaty api ||
Bhishma disse: Além disso, o bem-aventurado deus do Fogo, Agni, permanece sempre satisfeito com ele. Seu gado não o abandona nem sofre dano, e mesmo na batalha ele alcança a vitória.
