Adhyāya 57: Tapas–Dāna Phala
On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
तस्मिन् विमाने सौवर्णे मणिस्तम्भसमाकुले । महाहें शयने दिव्ये शयानं भूगुनन्दनम्
tasmin vimāne sauvarṇe maṇistambhasamākule | mahāheṃśayane divye śayānaṃ bhṛgunandanam ||
Bhīṣma disse: “Ali, naquele palácio aéreo de ouro, repleto de colunas incrustadas de joias, vi o ilustre descendente de Bhṛgu reclinado sobre um magnífico leito divino.”
