ततः प्रविश्य नगर कृत्वा पौर्वाह्निकी: क्रिया: । भुक्त्वा सभारयों रजनीमुवास स महाद्युति:

Transliteration

tataḥ praviśya nagaraṁ kṛtvā paurvāhṇikīḥ kriyāḥ | bhuktvā sabhāryo rajanīm uvāsa sa mahādyutiḥ ||

Translation

Disse Bhishma: Então, tendo entrado na cidade, ele cumpriu devidamente os ritos matinais prescritos. Depois de tomar a refeição junto de sua esposa, aquele rei radiante passou a noite no palácio—agindo com ordem, disciplina e decoro na condução da vida diária.
