Cyavana’s Yogic Display and Kuśika’s Recognition of Tapas (च्यवन-योगप्रभावः कुशिकस्य तपःप्रशंसा च)
समाप्तदीक्षश्ष्यवनस्ततोडगच्छत् स्वमाश्रमम् | गविजश्न महातेजा: स्वमाश्रमपर्द ययौ
samāptadīkṣaś cyavanas tato ’gacchat svam āśramam | gaviṣṭho mahātejāḥ svam āśramapadaṁ yayau ||
Bhīṣma disse: “Quando se completou a observância consagratória (dīkṣā) do sábio Cyavana, ele partiu para o seu próprio eremitério. Depois, o sábio de grande fulgor, Gaviṣṭha (Gojāta), também retornou ao seu eremitério.”
