Viśvāmitra-janma: Ṛcīka–Satyavatī–Gādhi and the Charu Exchange (विश्वामित्र-जन्म: ऋचीक–सत्यवती–गाधि वृत्तान्तः)
यत्र यत्र च संदेहो भूयस्ते राजसत्तम । तत्र तत्र च मां ब्रूहि च्छेत्तास्मि तव संशयम्,नृपश्रेष्ठट अब फिर तुम्हें जहाँ-जहाँ संदेह हो उस-उस विषयकी बात मुझसे पूछो। मैं तुम्हारे संशयका निवारण करूँगा
yatra yatra ca saṁdeho bhūyas te rājasattama | tatra tatra ca māṁ brūhi chettāsmi tava saṁśayam ||
Bhīṣma disse: “Ó melhor dos reis, sempre que e onde quer que surja em ti alguma dúvida, pergunta-me justamente sobre esse assunto. Eu serei quem cortará a tua incerteza.”
भीष्म उवाच
Dharma can be complex; therefore a responsible ruler should ask questions whenever doubt arises, and a qualified teacher should remove uncertainty through clear guidance.
During Bhīṣma’s extended instruction in the Anuśāsana Parva, he invites the king (Yudhiṣṭhira) to raise any recurring doubts, promising to resolve them as part of the ongoing discourse on dharma.
