मातङ्ग–शक्रसंवादः
Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
शिलवृत्तेगहं प्राप्त: स तेन विधिनार्चित: । उवास रजनी तत्र सुमुख: सुखभागृषि:
śilavṛtte gṛhaṁ prāptaḥ sa tena vidhinārcitaḥ | uvāsa rajanīṁ tatra sumukhaḥ sukhabhāg ṛṣiḥ ||
Bhīṣma disse: “Tendo chegado à casa de um chefe de família que vivia pela austera prática de subsistir de grãos recolhidos do chão (śiloccavṛtti), o homem realizado foi por ele honrado segundo os ritos devidos. O sábio então passou ali a noite com grande conforto; seu rosto estava sereno e satisfeito—mostrando o contentamento que nasce quando a hospitalidade é observada conforme o dharma.”
