Transliteration

mahāhradaṁ upaspṛśya bhṛgutūz tv alolupaḥ

Translation

Ajaḍriya disse: “Tendo tocado ritualmente o grande lago, o descendente de Bhṛgu—livre de cobiça—(prosseguiu adiante).” O verso realça a purificação pelo contato com a água sagrada e o ideal de não-ganância como marca da verdadeira ascese.
