सर्व तुदति तत्पापं भावयज्छिवमात्मना । “समस्त लक्षणोंसे हीन अथवा सब पापोंसे युक्त मनुष्य भी यदि अपने हृदयसे भगवान् शिवका ध्यान करता है तो वह अपने सारे पापोंको नष्ट कर देता है
sarvaṁ tudati tat pāpaṁ bhāvayac chivam ātmanā
Vāyu disse: “O pecado que atormenta uma pessoa de todas as maneiras é destruído quando ela contempla o Senhor Śiva com todo o seu ser interior. Mesmo alguém desprovido de sinais auspiciosos, ou carregado de muitos pecados, se meditar em Śiva do fundo do coração, queimará toda a culpa acumulada.”
