गत: स परम लोकं तव पुत्रो न संशय: । 'भद्रे! धैर्य धारण करो। शुभदर्शने! शोक न करो। तुम्हारे पुत्र भीष्म अत्यन्त उत्तम लोकमें गये हैं, इसमें संशय नहीं है || ३० ई ।। वसुरेष महातेजा: शापदोषेण शोभने
gataḥ sa parama-lokaṁ tava putro na saṁśayaḥ | bhadre dhairyaṁ dhāraṇaṁ kuru | śubha-darśane śokaṁ na kuru |
Vaiśaṃpāyana disse: “Teu filho foi, de fato, para o mundo supremo—não há dúvida. Ó nobre senhora, sustenta a coragem; ó tu de semblante auspicioso, não te aflijas. Bhīṣma, teu filho, alcançou uma morada excelente.”
