उपास्ते त्वां नरव्यात्र सह कृष्णेन धीमता । तमिमं पुरयानाय समनुज्ञातुमहसि
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
upāste tvāṃ naravyāghra saha kṛṣṇena dhīmatā |
tam imaṃ purayānāya samanujñātum arhasi ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó tigre entre os homens, Yudhiṣṭhira está agora sentado em tua presença, junto do sábio Kṛṣṇa. Portanto, deves conceder-lhe permissão para partir para a cidade (Hastināpura).”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Right action is affirmed through proper procedure: even a rightful return to rule is undertaken with humility, service, and the elder’s consent, showing that dharma is upheld not only by goals but by respectful means.
Vaiśampāyana reports that Yudhiṣṭhira, now composed and accompanied by Kṛṣṇa, is seated in attendance and should be granted leave to depart for the city—signaling a transition from instruction and mourning toward resuming royal responsibilities.
