भीष्म उवाच धर्मस्य द्वियमाणस्य बलवद्/िद्दुरात्मभि: । यद्येवं मन्यसे राजंस्त्रिधा धर्मविचारणा
bhīṣma uvāca | dharmasya dvyamāṇasya balavad durātmabhiḥ | yady evaṃ manyase rājan tridhā dharmavicāraṇā ||
Bhishma disse: «Ó Rei, se pensas que o dharma, quando é atacado e diminuído por homens maus e poderosos, se divide, e que por isso a investigação sobre o dharma é tríplice, então essa visão não está correta. Na verdade, o dharma é um; ele é examinado de três maneiras—escrutinado por meio de três critérios.»
