पूजयस्व महाभागान् वाम्भिदनिश्व नित्यदा | प्रभो! कुन्तीनन्दन! इसी प्रकार आप भी सदा मीठे वचन बोलकर और नाना प्रकारके दान देकर महाभाग ब्राह्मणोंकी सर्वदा पूजा करते रहें
pūjayasva mahābhāgān brāhmaṇān nityadā | prabho kuntīnandana! evaṃ tvam api sadā madhuravacanaiḥ nānāvidhair dānaiś ca mahābhāgabrāhmaṇān sarvadā pūjayatām ||
Vāyu-deva disse: “Honra os nobres brāhmaṇas em todo tempo. Ó senhor, filho de Kuntī, tu também deves sempre continuar a reverenciar e servir esses brāhmaṇas eminentes—com palavras doces e corteses e com dádivas de muitos tipos.”
वायुदेव उवाच
Dharma is upheld through continual reverence for the learned and virtuous—especially brāhmaṇas—expressed not only by material charity (dāna) but also by refined, gentle speech (madhura-vacana).
Vāyu-deva addresses the son of Kuntī with counsel, urging him to maintain a steady practice of honoring eminent brāhmaṇas through respectful words and diverse gifts, framing this as an ongoing royal and ethical duty.
