अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
अयं ब्रह्मादिभि: सिद्धैर्गुहायां गोपित: प्रभु: । देवासुरमनुष्याणामप्रकाशो भवेदिति
ayaṁ brahmādibhiḥ siddhair guhāyāṁ gopitaḥ prabhuḥ | devāsura-manuṣyāṇām aprakāśo bhaved iti ||
Vāyu disse: “Este Senhor Supremo foi ocultado na caverna do coração por Brahmā e pelos sábios realizados, como se com a intenção de que Ele não se tornasse manifesto a deuses, asuras e seres humanos.”
