इदमाद्विकमव्यग्रं कुर्वद्धिर्नियतैः सदा । नृपैर्भरतशार्टूल प्राप्यते श्रीरनुत्तमा

Transliteration

idam ādvikaṁ avyagraṁ kurvadbhir niyataiḥ sadā | nṛpair bharataśārdūla prāpyate śrīr anuttamā ||

Translation

Bhīṣma disse: “Ó tigre entre os Bhāratas! Quando reis disciplinados—tendo dominado a mente e os sentidos—recitam diariamente esta fórmula sagrada com foco tranquilo e sem distração, alcançam a mais alta prosperidade e excelência.”
