न धनानि न वासांसि न भोगान् न च काउचनम् । न गावो नान्नविकृतिं प्रयच्छन्ति कदाचन,वेन धन, न वस्त्र, न भोग, न सुवर्ण, न गौ और न अन्नकी बनी हुई नाना प्रकारकी खाद्य वस्तुओंका कभी दान करते हैं
na dhanāni na vāsāṃsi na bhogān na ca kāñcanam | na gāvo nānnavikṛtiṃ prayacchanti kadācana ||
Śrī Maheśvara disse: “Eles jamais dão em caridade—nem riquezas nem vestes; nem prazeres nem ouro; nem vacas nem as muitas variedades de alimentos preparados. Assim, permanecem fechados à generosidade e ao dever de dar.”
