कालयुक्तधर्मविवेकः
Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time
।। विपरीतस्तु धर्मात्मा रूपवानभिजायते
viparītastu dharmātmā rūpavān abhijāyate | devi! hiṁsāpremī manuṣyaḥ svapāpakarmakāraṇād anyeṣāṁ vadhyaḥ sarvaprāṇinām apriyaś cālpāyuś ca bhavati ||
Maheshvara disse: “Mas aquele cuja disposição é o oposto da violência nasce com alma justa e dotado de beleza. Ó Devi, o homem que se deleita em ferir os outros, por causa de seus atos pecaminosos, torna-se digno de ser morto por outrem, é detestado por todos os seres e tem vida breve.”
