Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
ग्रहस्यथातिबलस्याजड्रे वरदत्तस्य धीमत: । न शस्त्राणि वहन्त्यड्रे चक्रवज्ञशतान्यपि
grahasyathātibalasyāḍre varadattasya dhīmataḥ | na śastrāṇi vahantyāḍre cakravajñaśatāny api ||
Vāsudeva disse: “Aquele Graha, poderoso e inteligente, agraciado com um dom, era tão invulnerável que nem mesmo centenas de armas, afiadas como o disco e o raio, conseguiam perfurar-lhe o corpo. Assim, a força e o armamento, por si sós, mostram-se inúteis contra quem está protegido pelo favor divino.”
