Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ

Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony

ततो मां भगवानाह साम्ना परमवल्गुना । लप्स्यसे तनयं कृष्ण आत्मतुल्यमसंशयम्‌

tato māṃ bhagavān āha sāmnā paramavalgūnā | lapsyase tanayaṃ kṛṣṇa ātmatulyam asaṃśayam ||

Então o Bem-aventurado Upamanyu falou-me num tom muito suave e conciliador: “Ó Kṛṣṇa, obterás um filho igual a ti — disso não há dúvida.”
