Umā–Maheśvara-saṃvāda: Varṇa-bhraṃśa, Ācāra (Vṛtta), and Karmic Ascent/Decline
वह सौ जन्मोंतक नरकमें पकाया जाता है। ऋषिगण कभी उसके उद्धारका अनुमोदन नहीं करते हैं ।।
saḥ śatajanmāntakaṁ narake pacāyate | ṛṣigaṇāḥ kadācana tasya uddhāram anumodante na || tasmād gāvo na pādena spraṣṭavyā vai kadācana | brāhmaṇaś ca mahātejā dīpyamānas tathānalaḥ ||
Dharma disse: “Tal homem é cozido no inferno por cem existências; os sábios jamais aprovam sua libertação. Portanto, quem busca o próprio bem e é devotado à reta conduta nunca deve tocar com o pé—em tempo algum—as vacas, um brāhmaṇa resplandecente ou um fogo em brasa. Já descrevi as faltas que recaem sobre quem ergue o pé contra esses três.”
