मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
सदा द्वादशमासान् वै जुद्धानो जातवेदसम् | लोकमौशनसं दिव्यं शक्रलोकं॑ च गच्छति
sadā dvādaśa-māsān vai juhvāno jātavedasam | lokam auśanasaṁ divyaṁ śakra-lokaṁ ca gacchati ||
Bhīṣma disse: “Aquele que, por doze meses completos, oferece continuamente oblações ao fogo sagrado (Agni, Jātavedas, o conhecedor de todos os nascimentos) alcança o radiante mundo de Auśanasa e chega também ao mundo de Śakra (Indra).”
