मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
सौम्यगन्धानुलिप्तश्न॒ कामकारगतिर्भवेत् । वह सोम-कन्याओंके महलोंमें नित्य निवास करता है, उसके अंगोंमें सौम्य गन्धयुक्त अनुलेप लगाया जाता है। वह अपनी इच्छाके अनुसार जहाँ चाहता है, घूमता है ।।
saumyagandhānuliptaś ca kāmakāragatir bhavet | sa tu somakanyānāṁ mahaleṣu nityaṁ nivāsī bhavati, tasya aṅgeṣu saumyagandhayuktaṁ anulepanaṁ kriyate | sa svecchayā yatra yatra icchati tatra tatra vicarati || sudarśanābhir nārībhiḥ madhurābhis tathaiva ca
Disse Bhīṣma: Ele habita continuamente nos palácios das donzelas de Soma. Seus membros são ungidos com fragrâncias suaves e agradáveis. Movendo-se por sua própria vontade, vai aonde desejar. E é ainda assistido por mulheres belas e de natureza doce.
