Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
विशीला भिजन्नमर्यादा नित्यं संकीर्णमैथुना: । अल्पायुषो भवन्तीह नरा निरयगामिन:
viśīlā bhijannamaryādā nityaṁ saṅkīrṇa-maithunāḥ | alpāyuṣo bhavantīha narā niraya-gāminaḥ ||
Disse Bhīṣma: Homens desprovidos de boa conduta, que continuamente violam os limites do dharma e que se entregam habitualmente a relações sexuais ilícitas (misturando-se através de fronteiras proibidas), tornam-se de vida curta neste mundo; e após a morte seguem para o inferno.
