Gautama–Śakra Saṃvāda: Karma, Loka-bheda, and the Restoration of the Elephant
धृतराष्ट उवाच निर्मुक्ता: सर्वसंगैयें कृतात्मानो यतव्रता: । अध्यात्मयोगसंस्थानैर्युक्ता: स्वर्गगतिं गता:
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca
nirmuktāḥ sarvasaṅgaiḥ kṛtātmāno yatavratāḥ |
adhyātmayogasaṃsthānaiḥ yuktāḥ svargagatiṃ gatāḥ ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra disse: “Ó grande sábio! Apenas os homens de disposição sāttvika—livres de todo apego, senhores da própria mente, observantes de seus votos com disciplina e firmes no conhecimento interior e no yoga—tendo alcançado o caminho do céu, vão ao meritório mundo de Brahmā, o santo Brahmaloka. Lá, não poderás ver Dhṛtarāṣṭra.”
