ब्रह्मणा राजशार्दूल यथापूर्व व्यरोचत । राजसिंह! भगवान् ब्रह्माके द्वारा देवरराजके पदपर अभिषिक्त हो शतक्रतु इन्द्र फिर पूर्ववत् शोभा पाने लगे
brahmaṇā rājaśārdūla yathāpūrva vyarocata | rājasiṃha! bhagavān brahmaṇā devarājasya padapar abhiṣiktaḥ śatakratur indraḥ punaḥ pūrvavat śobhāṃ prāpa (vyarocata) |
Bhīṣma disse: «Ó tigre entre os reis, como antes, ele voltou a resplandecer. Ó leão entre os reis, quando o bem-aventurado Brahmā o consagrou ao posto de rei dos deuses, Indra—realizador de cem sacrifícios—recuperou o seu antigo esplendor.»
भीष्म उवाच
Legitimate authority and restored honor arise from rightful consecration and alignment with cosmic order: when a worthy ruler is properly installed by a higher, dharmic authority, his lost radiance and standing return.
Bhishma describes Indra’s reinstatement: Brahmā performs Indra’s consecration to the office of king of the gods, after which Indra again appears radiant and regains his former glory.
