Transliteration

saṅkalpaniyamopetaḥ phalāhāro jitendriyaḥ | nityaṃ saṃnihitābhis tu oṣadhībhiḥ phalais tathā

Translation

Bhīṣma disse: Dotado de firme resolução e de observâncias disciplinadas, vivendo de frutos e tendo dominado os sentidos, ele permanecia sempre provido de ervas medicinais e também de frutos.
