वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the importance of recognized identity—names, epithets, and fame—in establishing legitimate place within a royal lineage, implying that kingship is socially affirmed through reputation and acknowledged succession.
Vaiśampāyana continues a genealogical account, stating that Anuhvāda, the youngest, became famous under the name Dhṛṣṭaketu and attained the status of a king.
