अश्रूणि मुमुचे तेषां दर्शनात् सा पुनः पुनः । एकैकश्येन तान् सर्वान् क्रोशमानान्वपद्यत,उन्हें बार-बार देखकर वह नेत्रोंसे आँसू बहाने लगी और बारी-बारीसे पुकारकर वह सभी बच्चोंसे मिली
aśrūṇi mumuce teṣāṃ darśanāt sā punaḥ punaḥ | ekaikaśyena tān sarvān krośamānān avapadyata ||
Disse Vaiśampāyana: Ao vê-los, ela deixou cair lágrimas repetidas vezes. Depois, um a um, foi ao encontro de cada uma daquelas crianças que clamavam, respondendo aos seus chamados e reencontrando-as por sua vez—com a dor e o afeto transbordando na reunião.
