अर्जुनस्य लक्ष्यवेधः
Arjuna’s Hitting of the Target at the Svayaṃvara
षडड्रश्चाखिलो वेद इमं गर्भस्थमेव ह । विवेश भृगुवंशस्य भूय: प्रियचिकीर्षया,भूगुकुलका पुनः प्रिय करनेकी इच्छासे छहों अंगोंसहित सम्पूर्ण वेद इस बालकको गर्भमें ही प्राप्त हो गये थे
ṣaḍaṅgaś cākhilo veda imaṁ garbhastham eva ha | viveśa bhṛguvaṁśasya bhūyaḥ priyacikīrṣayā ||
Vasiṣṭha disse: “De fato, todo o Veda, juntamente com seus seis auxiliares, entrou nesta criança enquanto ela ainda estava no ventre—mais uma vez—por desejo de fazer o que era caro à linhagem de Bhṛgu.”
