Vasiṣṭha as Purohita: Ascetic Mastery and Royal Counsel
तान् भीतान् विगतज्ञानान् भीम: प्रहरतां वर: । सान्त्वयामास बलवान् समये च न्यवेशयत्
tān bhītān vigatajñānān bhīmaḥ praharatāṃ varaḥ | sāntvayāmāsa balavān samaye ca nyaveśayat ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Vendo-os aterrorizados e sem clareza de juízo, Bhīma—o primeiro entre os que desferem golpes—usou sua força não apenas para punir, mas para firmá-los: tranquilizou os homens amedrontados e, no momento oportuno, recolocou-os na devida ordem.
