मन्दर-समुद्रमन्थन-वर्णनम् / Description of the Churning of the Ocean with Mount Mandara
अस्मच्छुश्रूषणे नित्यं पिता हि निरतस्तव । आचहष्टैतद् यथाख्यानं पिता ते त्वं तथा वद,आपके पिता सदा हमलोगोंकी सेवामें लगे रहते थे। उन्होंने इस उपाख्यानको जिस प्रकार कहा है, उसी रूपमें आप भी कहिये
Śaunaka uvāca | asmacchuśrūṣaṇe nityaṃ pitā hi niratastava | ācahaṣṭaitad yathākhyānaṃ pitā te tvaṃ tathā vada ||
Śaunaka disse: “Teu pai esteve sempre dedicado a servir-nos. Assim como ele relatou por completo esta narrativa, assim também deves tu contá-la.”
