इत्येवं तुमुला वाच: शृण्वत्या: प्रेक्षकेरिता: । कुन्त्या: प्रस्रवसंयुक्तैरस्रै: क्लिन्नमुरो5भवत्‌

Transliteration

ity evaṁ tumulā vācaḥ śṛṇvatyāḥ prekṣakeritāḥ | kuntyāḥ prasrava-saṁyuktair asraiḥ klinnam uro 'bhavat ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Ao ouvir aqueles brados tumultuosos erguidos pelos espectadores, o peito de Kuntī ficou encharcado pelas lágrimas que lhe corriam—sinal exterior da angústia interior diante do que via e ouvia.
