अध्याय ९६: शरभ-प्रादुर्भावः, नृसिंह-दर्पशमनम्, विष्णोः शिवस्तुतिः, फलश्रुति

योगसिद्धिप्रदं सम्यक् शिवज्ञानप्रकाशकम् शेषलोकस्य सोपानं वाञ्छितार्थैकसाधनम्

yogasiddhipradaṃ samyak śivajñānaprakāśakam śeṣalokasya sopānaṃ vāñchitārthaikasādhanam

Ele concede as verdadeiras siddhi do Yoga e ilumina plenamente o conhecimento de Śiva. É a escada pela qual os seres ascendem além dos mundos restantes, e só ele realiza o fim desejado: a libertação (mokṣa) pelo Pati, o Senhor que corta os laços (pāśa) do paśu (a alma).
